Presslines Voicebank
Presslines is a telephone message service where messages are left for any number of people to hear by telephone. It is used to provide regularly updated information to many people quickly and easily and can be updated from any telephone. We provide this service with both a free shared service using an access code as well as dedicated telephone numbers for a small annual fee on our website www.presslines.co.uk
The callinbox and presslines services are completely automated IVR services which include web-based signup and send activation details by email for security. These are simple examples of IVR services built using our own iTAMS IVR platform.
IVR Services
We also develop specialised IVR solutions where clients need a bespoke solution and can integrate our products with other platforms to provide live, automatically updated information where required.
